ODYSSEY^® 31-PC2150 Battery provides reliable power for commercial/heavy-duty fleets

READING, Pa., (February 8, 2008) – EnerSys® offers its ODYSSEY® 31-PC2150 battery, designed to meet the demands of heavy duty and commercial fleet vehicles.  The ODYSSEY 31-PC2150 battery is engineered to provide up to three times the cranking amperage of similarly sized conventional batteries.

A 12-Volt drycell battery, the ODYSSEY 31-PC2150 battery features cold cranking amps (CCA) of 1150.  It also offers 205 minutes of reserve capacity and a deep cycle capability of 500 cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DOD). The ODYSSEY 31-PC2150 battery is a direct replacement for BCI Group 31 battery.

The ODYSSEY 31-PC2150 battery weighs 77.8 pounds (35.3 kg) and measures 9.41 inches (239mm) in height, 6.80 inches (172.7mm) in width and 13 inches (330.2mm) in length. Additionally, it contains 3/8 inch brass/tinned stud terminals and a handle for easy lifting.  Other features of the ODYSSEY 31-PC2150 battery include a six- to eight-year service life, a two-year storage life at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C) and a 12-year design life. It is corrosion, explosion, and leak proof, and vibration resistant.  The ODYSSEY 31-PC2150 battery is covered by a four-year free replacement warranty.
